Position Overview: We are seeking energetic and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who are eager to make a difference and earn a substantial income through their hard work and dedication. This is a commission-only 1099 role, offering unlimited earning potential for those who are passionate about sales and customer service. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our pest control services directly to customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our pest control services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any inquiries or concerns.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly door-to-door or direct sales, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proper insurance coverage.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers face-to-face.
